映画パンフレット専門店の店長が見てきた映画をレビューします
元殺し屋のボス「ジャン・レノ」が足を洗ったにも拘らず、元の仲間から全身に22発の銃弾を浴びながらも奇跡的に一命を取り留めるというオープニングから始まる本作は、キャッチコピーにもあるように「レオン(1994)」から17年目の作品で、久々に殺し屋「ジャン・レノ」の姿が懐かしく、彼のファンなら絶対に押さえておきたい１本でした。
あらすじは、シャルリ（ジャン・レノ）は、かつてマルセイユの街を支配するマフィアのボスだったがは、今は愛する家族と平穏な日々を送っていた。
しかし、何者等から突然の銃撃で身体に銃弾を浴び生死をさまようが、奇跡的に一命を取り留める。
引退後も彼を慕う３人の仲間達が犯人を突き止めるが、犯人は昔に固い友情を誓い合った幼なじみだったと知ると報復の連鎖を嫌って復讐に乗り出す仲間達を制止する。
しかし、その選択が仲間達の死につながり、更に愛する家族を危険にさらし、息子までもが誘拐されてしまうと、遂にブチ切れて壮絶な復讐を繰り広げるといった、お決まりパターンのクライム・アクションでした。
監督は「ぼくセザール １０歳半 １ｍ３９ｃｍ(2003)」の「リシャール・ベリ」で、彼の作品は初めての鑑賞でしたが、中々面白くて良かったのに上映されてる劇場が少なくパンフレットも販売されていない事には納得がいかず、残念な思いで劇場を後にしました。
